Exclusivity & Territory

Exclusive rights within a defined service area. Requires maintaining agreed minimum sales and brand standards. Inactivity over 6 months may trigger reassessment or revocation.

Codes & Certifications

Partner & end client are responsible for local code compliance. Nuordic products are primarily ETL/UL certified; certain jurisdictions (e.g., California Title 24) may require additional measures.

Brand, IP & Liability

  • Nuordic trademarks, designs, imagery, and documentation remain Nuordic IP. No relabeling without written consent.
  • Liability limited to the purchase price of the affected product. No consequential or indirect damages.

Governing Law

In Canada, this program and any agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. In the United States, they are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become due and consigned materials must be returned using Nuordic’s pre‑paid label.
