The 2″ Adjustable IC Rated Downlight is built around one principle: precision should not come at the cost of performance. At the center of the fixture is our SHIFT-AXIS optical system, which allows 5° to 20° of tilt adjustment and 355° of rotation without any loss of output or internal glare. Most adjustable downlights compromise beam integrity the moment they move off-axis. This one does not.
The mechanism itself reflects the same thinking. A bearing-assisted tilt delivers tactile, click-confirmed positioning, so aiming is deliberate rather than approximate. For installations where vibration or ceiling movement is a concern, an optional lock screw holds the aim permanently. The 50° cut-off angle keeps the source fully shielded, supporting excellent UGR performance in environments where visual comfort is non-negotiable.
Maintenance is equally considered. The modular design allows the LED engine to be removed and replaced without tools, using a simple foldable pull ring. No scaffolding, no disassembly of the trim. The module separates cleanly from the mounting ring in seconds.
