What we collect

Account and order details you provide: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

Messages you send us through the contact form, trade applications, lighting design briefs, and configurator quote requests.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages, if you check the text-message box on one of our web forms or agree to texts when speaking with our team.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand what is useful.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, provide quotes, respond to inquiries, and administer trade accounts and their pricing.

To send order confirmations and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our booking, contact, or design brief forms, or agree to texts when a member of our team speaks with you on the phone, we send messages under the Nuordic SMS program. These cover reminders for calls you have scheduled, replies to questions you text us, notices that a quote or lighting plan is ready, order and shipping updates, and follow-ups on open inquiries. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing text messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call +1 (561) 717-5044. We keep a record of when you agreed and when you stopped.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and text message delivery. Each receives only what its function requires.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty service. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to info@nuordic.com. Residents of certain states and provinces have additional rights under local law, which we honor on request.
