SMS Terms

These terms apply to the Nuordic SMS program, operated by Nuordic Lighting Company. You join the program by checking the text-message box on one of our web forms (booking a call, contacting us, or starting a design brief) and providing your mobile number, or by agreeing to text messages when a member of our team speaks with you on the phone. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase, and we never text you without it.

Nuordic SMS program.

What we send

Messages about your project and your dealings with us:

  • Reminders for calls you have scheduled with one of our lighting designers, one the day before and one about an hour before.
  • Replies to questions you send us by text.
  • Notices that a quote, proposal, or lighting plan is ready for you to review.
  • Order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and delivery notices.
  • Follow-ups on an open inquiry, sample request, or site visit.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity. A scheduled call generates up to 2 reminders. An open quote or order generates a handful of updates over its life. If you have nothing in progress with us, you will not receive any messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for the details of your plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by checking the text-message box on one of our forms or by replying START.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage and cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are used only to run this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information in full.
