Illuminance is inverse-square from the tested center-beam intensity of 3,148 cd in NT27-RS-5W-3000K-20D.ies, and delivered lumens are as the file states them; the diameter is geometry from the rated beam angle. The lux column is for one fixture on axis, direct. What the room adds is separate and is drawn on the section: a 0.80 ceiling over a 0.20 floor trade light until they settle 19% above the direct level, and that arrives evenly rather than in the pool, so it lifts the gaps between fixtures by as much as the centres. It is an estimate with no walls in it, which makes it the open plan figure; a small room with 0.50 walls returns a little less. For a layout across a whole plan, send us the drawings.
