Create an account, sign in and reset your password
Open a Nuordic account to track orders, quotes and projects, sign in, and set a new password if you have forgotten yours.

Your account is where your orders, quotes, projects and saved addresses live. Trade accounts also see their trade pricing once signed in.
Create an account
- Go to your account and click Join us under the sign-in form.
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters. Phone is optional.
- Click Join. You are signed in straight away.
If you were approved for a trade account, register with the same email you applied with. Your trade pricing is matched to that address.
Sign in
Go to your account, enter your Email and Password, and click Sign in.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in form, click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email you sign in with and click Send the reset link.
- Open the email titled "Reset your Nuordic password" and click Set a new password. The link works for 15 minutes.
- Enter the new password twice and click Set the password, then sign in with it.
For your security, the page says the same thing whether or not an account exists for that address. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then request a new link.
Common questions
The reset page says the link has expired or was already used.
Each link works once and for 15 minutes. Request a new one from the sign-in form.
Can I change my password while signed in?
Yes. In Account details, edit the password and save, and we email you a reset link. See manage your profile and addresses.
I did not ask for a reset email.
Nothing has changed. Your password only changes if someone uses the link, so you can ignore the email.
