Keep a project's orders, files and messages together
How projects group your quotes, orders and drawings in your account, how to add files, and how to message your specification contact.
Updated November 7, 2026
A project gathers everything for one job in one place: its quotes and orders, your drawings and our documents, and a conversation with your specification contact. Open Projects in your account.
How a project starts
- At checkout: type a name in Project (optional). The order joins the project with that name, or opens a new one.
- With a design brief: send drawings while signed in and give a project name. See send us your drawings for a lighting design.
- From us: quotes your specification contact prepares are filed under the project they belong to.
Use the same project name each time so everything lands together. Project names cannot be changed from the account; contact us if one needs renaming.
