Send us your drawings for a lighting design
How to send a project brief and drawings to our lighting design team, which files we accept, and what comes back.
Updated November 7, 2026
Our in-house lighting designers turn your plans into a lighting layout, photometric plan and fixture schedule. The brief takes a few minutes and is reviewed by a designer, not a sales queue.
Send a brief
- Open the lighting design brief.
- Project: choose the project type, your role, the stage and the scope.
- Contact: your name, email, firm, project name and location. If you are signed in, we already have your name and email.
- Drawings: drop your files in, or tick I do not have drawings yet and give the approximate square footage and room count. Add the ceiling construction and height.
- Intent: the light character, control system and trim preference you have in mind, and anything else we should know.
- Click Send my project.
Files we accept
PDF, DWG, DXF, DWF, RVT, RFA, SKP, IFC, 3DM, STEP, IGES, ZIP, PNG, JPG and HEIC. Up to 6 files, 200 MB each and 400 MB in total. For larger sets, send a ZIP or add more files to the project afterwards.
What happens next
You get a confirmation email, and a designer replies from info@nuordic.com within one business day. The full design package follows within 5 business days.
If you were signed in and gave a project name, the brief opens a project in your account, where you can add more files and message your specification contact. See projects and documents.
