Where your order is

Each order shows its progress through five steps:

StepWhat it means
Order placedWe have your order.
Payment receivedPayment has cleared. Bank payments take a few business days.
In productionYour fixtures are being built, or picked from stock. Where we know it, an expected ship date is shown.
ShippedOn its way, with the carrier and tracking number.
DeliveredThe carrier has delivered it.

Click the tracking number to follow the shipment on the carrier's site. An order that ships in several parts shows each item's own progress under By item, and any notes from us appear under Updates.

Add a PO number

  1. Open the order and click Add your PO number (or Edit if one is set).
  2. Type the number, up to 40 characters, and click Save.

The PO number prints on your invoice and receipt. You can change it any time unless the order was cancelled; leave the field empty to remove it. On a trade firm's team, viewers cannot edit it.
