Give your team access to your trade account

Invite colleagues to your trade account with their own sign-in. Buyers order at your trade price, viewers track orders, and everyone sees the firm's orders, quotes and projects.

Updated November 7, 2026

A trade account can have several people on it, each with their own sign-in. The account holder is the firm's owner and invites colleagues as Buyers or Viewers. Everyone on the team can follow the firm's orders, quotes and projects from their own account.

The trade account the team started from is the owner. To hand the firm to someone else, contact us and we will move ownership for you.

Invite a colleague (owner)

Sign in and open your account, then the Team tab.

  1. Under Invite a colleague, type their work email.
  2. Choose Buyer or Viewer in Role.
  3. Click Send invitation. They receive an email with a link that is good for 14 days.
  4. Until they accept, they are listed under Waiting to accept. Click Send again for a fresh link, or Withdraw to cancel the invitation.

Change someone's role

Use the role menu beside their name to switch between Buyer and Viewer. The change applies straight away, prices included.

Remove someone

Click Remove beside their name and confirm. They lose access to the firm's orders and its trade price at once. Their own sign-in stays, and anything they ordered before joining remains theirs.

Accept an invitation (colleague)

  1. Open the invitation email from Nuordic and click Sign in to accept, or Create your sign-in to accept if you have not shopped with us before.
  2. Sign in, or create a sign-in, with the same email address the invitation was sent to. Another address will not work.
  3. On the Team page, click Accept and join. Not now leaves the invitation open until it expires.

Once you join, the firm's orders, quotes and projects appear in your account, and a buyer sees trade prices from that moment. To leave a team, open Team and click Leave team.

What the team sees

Everyone on the team sees the firm's orders, quotes, estimates, projects and return requests. Each order shows Placed by with the colleague's name.

  • The owner's history is shared in full, including everything ordered before the team was set up.
  • A colleague's orders are shared from the day they join until the day they leave. Anything they ordered before joining stays private to them.
  • After someone leaves, the orders they placed while on the team stay with the firm.

Pricing and tax

Buyers order at the firm's trade price. When the owner's trade terms change, every buyer's prices follow. Viewers see list prices.

If the owner has a resale certificate on file, a buyer's orders and quotes are tax exempt under it on the same terms as the owner's: the certificate must cover the state the order ships to. Viewers are not covered.
