Build an estimate for your client

Estimates are for trade accounts. Build one per project, price it at list or at your own trade price, hand your client a PDF under your firm's name, and send it to us when you are ready for a formal quote.

Start an estimate

1. 1Sign in and open Estimates in your account.
2. 2Under New estimate, give it a Name (for example, the client's project) and, if you like, the rooms it covers.
3. 3Click Start estimate.

Add products

On any product page, configure the fixture, then click Add to estimate. Choose the Estimate, the Room, the Qty and a Type mark such as D1, then click Add.

Already have a fixture schedule? In the estimate, click Import schedule (.xlsx). Rows we cannot match yet are listed under Not yet priced, where you can Find it or Set aside.

While the estimate is a draft you can rename it, Add a room, and change any line's room, quantity or type mark.

Price and share it

Switch between List and Your price to see the total either way, before freight and tax. Two PDFs are available:

The client copy needs your firm name. Set it once in Account details under Your firm, on client estimates. See manage your profile and addresses.

Send it to us

1. 1Click Send to Nuordic.
2. 2Add a note if it helps: ceiling details, dimming, timing.
3. 3Click Send. We review it and send you a quote, which appears under Quotes.

Once sent, the estimate is kept exactly as you sent it. To change it, click Duplicate and work on the copy. Drafts can be deleted; sent estimates cannot.
