Review, accept and pay for a quote

When your specification contact prepares a quote, we email you a private link to it. You do not need to sign in to open it. Quotes also appear under Quotes in your account for reference.

Check the quote

• The schedule lists every fixture with its type and quantity.
• The totals show merchandise at list, any discount, freight, sales tax and the total.
• Ships to (or Pickup at) shows where the order goes.
• The top of the quote says when it was issued and the date its pricing holds through.

If anything needs to change, reply to the quote email or call +1 (561) 717-5044 before accepting.

Accept and pay

1. 1Scroll to Accept and pay.
2. 2Tick the box confirming you accept the quote and that the fixture types match your lighting plan. This authorizes us to release the order for production and shipment.
3. 3Choose Pay by bank (ACH) or Pay by card. Each button shows its amount.
4. 4Complete the payment on the secure Stripe checkout. Your invoice is emailed to you as you accept.

Payment is in full unless a deposit was agreed for your project, in which case the button pays the deposit and we invoice the balance later. If the total is above what we can take online in one payment, the page asks you to call us for wire instructions.

When a quote cannot be accepted

If the page says Not quite ready to accept, it tells you why. The usual reasons:

• The pricing date has passed. We confirm current pricing and send an updated quote.
• The quote was revised after the link was sent, or is being revised. We send the current version to accept.
• Delivery address or freight is still being finalized. We will be in touch shortly.

After you pay

We confirm the payment and follow up with production and delivery timing. Once the order is placed you can follow it under Orders. See track an order.
